Onboardin5 is a client-onboarding automation product for law firms, a product of Law Firm Architects LLC, St. Petersburg, Florida. You can reach us any time at support@onboardin5.com.
To provide the service: authenticating users, running the onboarding automations a firm configures, delivering signed events to the tools a firm connects, and keeping an audit trail. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use a firm’s client data to train models or for advertising.
We rely on a small set of vetted infrastructure providers to run Onboardin5, hosting, database, email delivery, and the automation layer that fires steps into a firm’s own tools. Each processes data only to provide its part of the service. The current list is on our Security page.
Two-factor authentication is required by default, sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, and every firm is isolated from every other by row-level security. Details are on the Security page.
We keep a firm’s data for as long as the firm has an active account. When a firm offboards, we return an export and delete its data from production within 30 days, and from backups within 90.
If you are an individual whose data a firm holds in Onboardin5, contact that firm, they control the record. If you are a firm and need to access, correct, export, or delete data, email us and we will help.
